The Democratic Republic of Congo has been racked by years of dictatorship, war, pillaging, and corruption. The most helpless victims are the orphan children. So many need so much help!

After 3 years, the American diplomats who organized this online effort are moving to new Posts. We have had small successes, only drops in a bucket. The work is not done by any means.
